Whether for yourself or as a gift for someone else, I will paint a special building, house, restaurant, shop, etc. of your choosing.  I'll paint a one a kind custom painting on a piece of 5"x7" watercolor paper with pen and black india ink and watercolor paints.
These paintings are great as gifts for any occasion or as a way to capture the memories of beloved locations such as: a childhood home, a favorite restaurant, a family shop, or a significant landmark.
When purchasing please provide the address including street, city, and state of the desired building. By default, I will include the address at the bottom of the painting unless stated otherwise.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your painting to be completed and additional time for shipping.
Prior to shipping, I'll contact you with a digital copy of the painting as a proof to allow any changes and adjustments.
